Oil-resisting Non-Asbestos Rubber Sheet

Product Description

Oil-resisting Non-Asbestos Rubber Sheet

Non-asbestos sheet is compressed sheets made of synthetic and natural materials that are used to create gaskets and other products. They are a safer alternative to asbestos sheets, which were once widely used in industries due to their heat resistance but are now known to be dangerous to human health. Non-asbestos sheets are often made from a combination of the following materials:

Fibrous materials: Such as aramid fibers, also known as Kevlar, fiberglass, or carbon fibers. Aramid fibers are particularly strong and heat resistant, and can be up to five times stronger than steel.

Binder materials: Such as nitrile, neoprene, or EPDM rubber. The type of binder used can affect the sheet’s suitability for different applications. For example, aramid fibers with a nitrile binder are well-suited for use in water and wastewater treatment.

Other materials: Such as natural rubber, filler materials, and dye.

Because European and American countries have detected that asbestos materials are inhaled and cannot be discharged out of the human body, they are considered toxic substances, so asbestos is gradually eliminated. As non-asbestos materials are too expensive, non-asbestos materials can replace non-asbestos at low prices. The official non-asbestos content is 10%, but the content of non-asbestos testing is <5%, which is mainly for the requirements of Europe, America, South Korea, and Japan except Not high country. The non-asbestos rubber sheet is made of special heat-resistant fiber (sepiolite), natural rubber, and oil-resistant rubber as raw materials, and is pressed to replace the asbestos rubber sheet with the same label. It is used as a sealing gasket material for pipe flange joints.

Uses: Used for the equipment in water, steam, etc. and used as sealing material in the joints of pipeline

Working pressure: 1.5~8.0 MPa, Working temperature: 200 ~350℃

What is the difference between non-asbestos rubber sheets and asbestos rubber sheets?

A non-asbestos sheet is also called non-asbestos sheet. It is a sealing sheet made of non-metallic materials as fillers, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. as binders, organic and inorganic fibers as the frame, and rolled. 100% asbestos-free. It is a substitute for imported asbestos-free products. The non-asbestos rubber sheet is safe and environmentally friendly and is used to process various sealing gaskets. The non-asbestos rubber sheet is 100% asbestos-free, the product is safe and environmentally friendly, and can be used in places where asbestos rubber sheet is not allowed. The quality of asbestos fiber has a great influence on the performance of asbestos rubber sheet, so the asbestos fiber is required to have high tensile strength, good heat resistance, a certain length, and the fiber is easy to bend and be elastic. Generally, high-pressure asbestos rubber sheets and oil-resistant asbestos sheets above No. 400 use asbestos fibers of grade 2 and 3. Due to restrictions on the use of asbestos rubber sheets, Ovictor non-asbestos rubber sheets are used to replace the original asbestos sheets.
