Ramie Fiber Packing

Gland Packing is made of woven Ramie and is excellent for rotary pumps, mills, plunger pumps. This makes this grease cord suitable
for drinking water and for use in the food industry. The Merkel Ramilon has a high PTFE value due to impregnation. This
provides better resistance to wear and lowers the frictional resistance. Gland packing is also called: Braided packing,
Compression packing, Ribbonpak & Supagraf.
