This kind of packing is made of high quality asbestos yarn．impregnated with lubricant of finished with graphite．

Asbestos braided packing lubricated and graphite with inconel wire or brass wire or Stainless Steel Wire is available.

Usage: used as sealing material on rotary shafts, reciprocating pistons and valve spindles．The working  medium are steam．air industrial water，petroleum,etc.

Size : From 6 x 6 mm to 50 x 50mm

Packaging: in coils of 5 or 10 kg, other weight on request;  as precut length

The packing is made of white asbestos fiber cords impregnated with PTFE dispersion.

Product Details

The packing is made of white asbestos fiber cords impregnated with PTFE dispersion.(Addition lubricant is operational.) It is soft in texture and suitable as the sealing of pumps for liquidated chemicals. However, packing impregnated with lubricants is reco-mended for use with reciprocating pumps or for the sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 10m/s.

Asbestos Packing with PTFE & oil impregnation,Treated with PTFE & a special lubricant, without etching.

Application:

Static and dynamic sealing — Especially suitable for  a wide range of applications for large rotary pumps in the medium pressure range.
